Fleshbreak is a survival horror visual novel released by an independent developer, putting players in the role of Lennox amidst a widespread pandemic that transforms humans into living flesh. The setting is inspired by SCP 610: victims don't die but transform into crawling, fleshy creatures that hunt the living. Food is scarce, trust is fragile, and anyone encountered could soon become a monster.
Lennox lives with his wife Horu and sister Alora in a neighborhood suddenly placed under lockdown. Everything seems normal at first, but then ambulances and police arrive and news spreads of a strange disease tied to cannibalism. The authorities vanish; their once safe home turns into a trap. Foodless, with vague information and endless nightmares, Lennox is lost.
Players must constantly make ethical choices to ensure the group survives the pandemic.

It’s not a game about fighting but about the feeling of helplessness and suffocation in the face of an uncontrollable disaster. The decisions that Lennox makes affect his relationships with Horu, Alora, and the young scientist Axton, making for a very emotional and haunting experience.
Fleshbreak contains violence, body horror, disease, death of characters, emotional trauma, and strong language. Are you prepared to face raw flesh and maintain your humanity?
