The game places you in a dire predicament: you are facing a life-threatening illness and a staggering $25,000 medical bill. Here is how the gameplay unfolds:

Character’s Attacks

To get paid $1 per click, you have to click repeatedly on Harvey Harvington, a mysterious man standing at a roadside booth, though this causes him great pain. 

Upgrade Violent Tools 

Use your earnings to buy items from a secret shop that will increase your damage and multiply your income. You'll upgrade your tools one by one, starting with your bare hands, then to a feather ($100), then a needle ($500), then a hammer ($1,500), then scissors, then other brutal weapons.

Strategic Management

Balance the level of brutality against your money-making speed, all while observing Harvey's pained reactions, the visual chaos, and his grotesque physical transformations as he endures cumulative damage.

The 3 Endings of BLOODMONEY!

The game has three main outcomes, depending on the upgrade path, the tools you choose, how much money you make before you stop, and how you respond to Harvey's dialogue:

• Good Ending: You manage to save yourself and are somewhat restrained about it. This means that there is some level of empathy/restraint still left even in the desperate situation. 
• Bad Ending: Your greed and choices cause Harvey to meet a terrible end, exposing the worst side of your desperation, an outcome that means your true humanity is lost forever. 
• Normal Ending: An ambiguous, bittersweet ending where the outcome is ambiguous and leaves both survival and morality up to interpretation, accepting just enough moral corruption to ensure your survival.

Tips for Achieving the Best Ending

• Begin with the softer weapons and be cautious with your upgrades. This will allow you to make some money without wrecking the poor hero too much.
• Keep an eye on Harvey’s reactions after each click to see if you need to reduce the intensity of your attacks or use a less brutal tool.
• Pay close attention to the clues buried in Harvey’s words. He might just offer the clues you need to unlock the "Good Ending."

I was truly haunted by Harvey's gaze and his lines of dialogue every time I clicked to inflict more pain in exchange for cash. BLOODMONEY! is not just a fun game; it’s a challenge of humanity, and a challenge that gave me a chill of introspection long after I closed my computer.
