Fireboy & Watergirl 7: And Friends is the seventh installment in the popular puzzle game series. This installment introduces three new companion characters with unique abilities. Each brings a unique ability that makes exploring the 36 rooms increasingly challenging and difficult. Traps, narrow passageways, slanted beams, and high jumps await you.
The core objective remains the same: guide Fireboy and Watergirl to the two corresponding doors at the end of each level. Both characters must be next to the door at the same time for the mission to succeed. If one character fails, you must restart. Collect items along the way: the red diamonds and the blue diamonds.
Important Note: All friends can safely walk through water; however, lava and the toxic green liquid kill them instantly. This green poison is especially dangerous to the two main characters.
You can freely choose the number of characters you want to control.
Quick reflexes and smart teamwork are essential to clear each room. Timing is crucial for jumping through levels. Good coordination is the key to solving the cooperative puzzles.
Parts 1 to 6 revolved around only the two main characters, Fireboy & Watergirl. However, part 7 has expanded to include three new companions: Big Friend, Small Friend, and Hairy Friend. This increases the number of puzzles in each level, requiring players to have sharper thinking skills and master all five characters.
The first six parts were divided by theme: Forest, Light, Ice, Crystal, Elements, and Fairy Tale. Each previous part only changed the environment and different types of traps. In this seventh installment, the structure has been completely changed: a temple with 36 rooms awaits your exploration. The appearance of lava, water, green poison, slanted beams, or narrow passageways is varied in each room.
