Stay calm, and watch your health bar and warning sounds when spirits come near.
When spirits appear, press Shift to sprint. Run fast, and you shall escape the spirit’s grasp.
Proceed slowly through rooms and hallways adjacent to you, searching for an open lane.
Suddenly change directions to confuse the spirit’s tracking.
Click on the cross when you want to interact with some areas or situations. This gives you more time to escape.
Before entering a new area, plan your movements: know the escape routes and safe areas beforehand.
